I created the Queensland Libraries Twitter account as a way to encourage libraries, and people who work in libraries, to use one hashtag when discussing Queensland libraries online. The account had a Twitter bot that automatically retweets any tweets using the hashtag #qldlibraries. The hashtag is now in wide use.
